My method is based on the 360º customization of each path and programming.

Each of us has a genetic heritage, a past, physical and mental characteristics that distinguish us and which require a specific approach to maximize results.

Training a woman does not mean creating a simpler or lighter workout but it means respecting her physiology, making the most of her potential and highlighting the merits of her physique.
Together we will evaluate your starting condition, any circulatory or postural problems, the skills already acquired, your objectives, your attitude and inclination and you will receive ad hoc programming.

A program is functional when it is followed with pleasure and when it brings you closer every day to the condition you want for yourself.

About Me

Coach Martina Aleandro

My mission for 10 years now is to help women improve their body, their health and their psycho-physical balance.

We all have the ability and potential to be fit and perform in the sport we like, we just need to have the right guidance that allows us to be constant, confident and happy to face this path of change and growth.

Experience in the field and continuous training have allowed me to understand in greater depth all the dynamics that revolve around training and the achievement of different results, aesthetic and otherwise.
